    Organisers of this weekend's RAF Cosford Air Show have been criticised by some visitors who say they spent hours queuing to get into the event and missed flypasts.

    Among those criticising their traffic management on Twitter, Ian Henderson said, external the traffic jams were "unacceptable" and his car was stuck "for over three hours".

    While @MNDH28 said, external it was "awful, awful traffic" trying to get to the show and @sians_pocket tweeted that , externalthey'd only moved "one mile in two hours" after spending £120 on tickets and "we are going to miss (the) flying".

    RAF Cosford has been approached for a response.

    A former health service worker, campaigner and Coventry city councillor will be remembered at a special ceremony today.

    Alison Gingell will be honoured by Coventry University, which is naming its science and health building after her.

    A MP said she received more than 600 rape threats from social media trolls in one night.

    Jess Phillips, Labour MP for Birmingham Yardley, said Parliament needs to act against the anonymous trolls who abuse her on a daily basis.

    Speaking at the Cheltenham Science Festival, Ms Phillips said: "If you speak from a feminist perspective, which I very frequently do, you will suffer from a huge amount of internet trolling, largely from what seems to be the Alt Right".

    She said she the police had issued harassment orders against two individuals for "constantly emailing me with bile and abuse".

    The country's first co-ordinator to support children with a rare form of cancer has been appointed by the University of Birmingham.

    About 100 children a year are diagnosed with neuroblastoma in the UK according to the NHS.

    The new role means children and their families will be helped to find potentially life saving clinical trials more quickly, the university sais

    She campaigned and promoted the health of women and children in Coventry and Warwickshire for more than forty years, the university said.

    It's hoped the success of this year's airshow at RAF Cosford will encourage more people to join the RAF.
