    Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi has been presented with a Kerrang Award at last night's ceremony in London.

    He picked up the "icon" award for his work with the Birmingham heavy metal pioneers.

    The guitarist lost the tips of two fingers on his right hand in an accident while working in a factory as a teenager.

    The Foo Fighters were the big winners as they picked up two prizes during the ceremony at Islington Assembly Hall in London.

    Murray Field, who has muscular dystrophy, has been going to Helen and Douglas House in Oxford for three years - but they're cutting services because of a funding shortfall.

    In spite of the 70-mile journey from their home in Droitwich, Murray's parents say its their nearest affordable option for respite care.

    People living near Worcestershire Royal Hospital are calling for action over parking problems.

    Residents in Warndon say they're "plagued" by motorists looking for free spaces.

    The trust which runs the hospital say they are due to create 141 extra spaces later this year, on top of the 1,200 already there - and all parking charges are in line with or cheaper than average.
