A travel company says it has lost thousands of pounds after Boardmasters music festival was cancelled because of the weather.
All Big Green Coach said it had led to a financial loss that would "hit our company hard and really impact our future plans".
It said customers will be receiving a full refund for their coach travel to and from the Newquay festival site, resulting in the company losing about £50,000.
Not covered by insurance on cancelled services, the decision will mean the cost of each coach and driver is being covered by the company.
A Big Green Coach spokesman said: "We've obviously not made the profits that were expected from the festival after months of planning from the team, but having paid for the operation in advance it's now cost us close to 50k."
The small Birmingham-based company said refunds would be automatically processed by its customer service team.

Car components firm Mahle has revealed it is to shut its Telford plant, putting some 180 jobs at risk.
The firm said in June that it was weighing up the factory's future due to a decline in order levels and a "planned reduction in investments and production locations".
The factory on the Halesfield 25 site manufactures primarily filters for the automotive industry.
In a statement released today, Mahle said it had completed the consultation process with employees and unions, but "no feasible alternatives could be realised to allow the plant to remain open in the future".
It said there would be no job losses this year, with the factory being closed in phases over 2020-2021.

A Victorian horse-drawn hearse which was in a dilapidated state has taken a year to restore and will go on show to the public this weekend.

A hospital trust's been told it's unlikely to get £7m from developers building thousands of new homes, despite NHS bosses warning that, without it, patients would in future get "substandard care".
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust wants the funds from the firms behind almost 5,000 new homes planned for the west and south of Worcester so it doesn't end up overwhelmed with patients in the future.
