    Four people died when their car "went into the air" in a head-on collision, a coroner has found.

    Sam Kay, 26, from Crawley, Samuel Jones, 23, Nicoletta Tocco, 27, and Brogan Warren, 21 died on the A420 in Oxfordshire in May.

    They were returning home to Northampton after attending a vegan festival in Bristol.

    Wales and Bath fly-half Rhys Priestland has been ruled out for between eight and 12 weeks with a leg injury.

    The 29-year-old limped off during the first half of Friday's Premiership win over local rivals Bristol.

    The former Scarlets player - who switched to the English club in 2015 - will see a specialist on Wednesday, Bath head coach Tabai Matson said.

    "It is not looking really good. He is going to be out for a chunk of the winter," Matson told BBC Points West.

    A group of Morris dancers from Gloucestershire are looking to bring the ancient tradition into the 21st century. 

    The group, based in Stroud, are all female - and they're after new members. Historically, the dances were only performed by men but this group want to break the boundaries of what makes a Morris dancer.

    Top steeplechaser Monbeg Dude, owned by ex-Gloucester Rugby stars Mike Tindall and James Simpson-Daniel, has been retired.

    The Michael Scudamore-trained gelding won the Welsh Grand National in 2013.

    But the 10-year-old has not raced since suffering a leg injury when third in the Grand National 18 months ago.

    Monbeg Dude will spend his retirement with Tindall and his wife Zara, the Queen's granddaughter and an Olympic silver medallist, at Gatcombe Park in Gloucestershrie.

    National Rail says heavy rain has flooded the railway line and disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day.

    A man who died in a property in Bircham Road in Taunton on Saturday was a Latvian national, police have said.

    Avon and Somerset Constabulary said they believed the victim was 32-year-old Romualds Baluls.

    Viktorija Ratiuk, 31, of Bircham Road, has been charged with his murder and will appear before Exeter Crown Court on 15 December.

    Heavy downpours and strong winds have battered parts of Wiltshire over recent days.

    Teams from the Environment Agency have assembled temporary flood defences in Bradford on Avon overnight 

    They say the water level has reached its peak and levels are now expected to drop, however teams remain monitoring the situation.

    A tipper truck crashed and killed four people because its brakes failed, the driver's trial has heard.

    Mitzi Steady, aged four, Robert Parker, 59, Philip Allen, 52, and Stephen Vaughan, 34, died in the crash in Bath in February 2015.

    Bristol Crown Court heard they were struck by a lorry carrying aggregate in Lansdown Lane.

    Driver Phillip Potter, 20, denies causing the deaths by dangerous and careless driving.

    Remember Banksy's Spy Booth mural in Cheltenham, that was destroyed earlier this year?

    Cheltenham Borough Council has now finished an investigation into its destruction and says it's satisfied the owner of the building it was painted on "made every reasonable effort to save it from damage".

    "In carrying out remedial works to stop the further deterioration of the building, as required by the enforcement notices served on the owner, the render containing the Banksy crumbled and cracked into pieces," a spokeswoman said.

    The mural was not salvageable, as large areas of the external render to the building were defective.

    The council said it "regrets" it wasn't possible for the Banksy to be saved as a piece of public art, and added no action would be taken against the owner as it "would not be proportionate, or in the public interest".

    Sir George White founded the aerospace industry in Bristol in 1910 and built one of the UK's first airfields at Filton.

    He also played a leading part in creating Bristol's former tram network.

    Today, his great grandson laid a wreath at his grave, marking the centenary of his death in 1916.

    The government is being "urged to intervene" in long traffic jams caused by works to build a new public transport system near Bristol.

    Lane closures at Bradley Stoke have caused delays during rush hour, with many commuters blaming the Metrobus project.

    Local MP Jack Lopresti said the roadworks had "gone on too long" and he had met Chris Grayling, Secretary of State for Transport, to ask him to "put pressure" on the council.

    Sir George White was most likely one of the greatest Bristolians of the 20th Century. Born in Kingswood in 1854, he built himself a vast transport empire from nothing.

    He is the father of the entire aviation industry in Bristol, and also played a leading part in creating Bristol's former tram network.

    Today, his great grandson laid a wreath at his grave, marking the centenary of his death in 1916.
