Mugly - the dog from Peterborough who was voted the world's most ugly dog in 2012 - has been diagnosed with dementia.
His owner, Bev Nicholson, is now trying to make the time they spend together as memorable as possible, and has come up with a bucket list for the pup.
Bev says that, although he's a "dog that's done so much", he had never been to a beach or ridden on a Harley Davidson and he's now done both.
He's also just crossed sailing, eating ice cream and sitting in a fire engine off his list.

We reported earlier on 46-year-old Dwayne Wood who has been living in his van in Yaxley for nine weeks after splitting with his wife and moving out of the family home.
"I have no facilities," he said. "I have a bag of clothes I change into of an evening".
He visits his oldest son to use the bathroom and do his laundry.
He said he was not a priority on the council waiting list for social housing and a private rental would swallow up about "three-quarters of his pay".
He also told us that it's having an effect on his health and well-being, telling us that he gets "about five hours sleep a night. I don't eat much. Everything's rattling around in your head. It's difficult".
He has a six-year-old son who he'd like to see more of, but he says it's impossible with his current circumstances, adding: "I haven't told my son - he's too young to understand".

She's called for a ban on Islamic full-face veils in shopping centres, public buildings and on public transport.
Shahida Rahman is a writer from Cambridge who doesn't agree with Ms Duffy's call for a partial ban.
"I don't agree because it affects a small minority of Muslim women who wear the veil," she said.
"This comes round again and again - I don't think women are being pressurised.
"It's a choice. It's about presenting ourselves in a modest fashion. I'm pretty sure that those who wear the veil are integrated into British society."
She also added that doesn't believe Ms Duffy when she says people raise the issue "all the time in the street".
Peterborough United manager Grant McCann and MK Dons boss Karl Robinson go head-to-head on the footgolf course.
