    Matt Toomua has admitted he is "quietly excited" about the potential of Leicester Tigers' back line this season.

    Australia international Toomua, who missed most of last season through injury, is set to link up with current England stars George Ford, Ben Youngs, Jonny May and Manu Tuilagi.

    "There is a lot of quality there," the 27-year-old told BBC Radio Leicester's rugby show.

    "Having players inside and outside of you who are international players means I can do the job to the best of my ability because they're international quality and I know they'll perform.

    "Obviously games aren't played on paper, but I'm quietly excited about it."

    Fines totalling more than £6,700 have been handed out during a crackdown on litter and fly-tipping over the past six weeks.

    The city council said it had handed out 49 penalty notices for littering and 17 for fly-tipping since mid-July.

    Hundreds of letters have been posted to people in the Normanton area asking residents to stop leaving their bins in the street outside of collection times.

    Burton Albion midfielder Jackson Irvine has joined Hull City for an undisclosed fee.

    The Brewers said the price paid for the Australian international was the highest the club had ever received.

    The leader of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council has got a week to reshuffle his top team after two councillors left the cabinet.

    The lead member for development Stan Rooney has quit the authority completely and Councillor Chris Boothby is no longer executive member for housing and community safety services.

    There's been no comment from the Conservatives on either departure.

    The family of a man with a so-called "hidden disability" have called for people to be more understanding about his condition.

    James Sutcliffe, works as a personal trainer in Syston and also has Dystonia, external, a disorder that affects his speech and some of his movements.

    "You would never guess [he has a condition] looking at him," James' wife Sam told BBC Radio Leicester.

    "When James goes on to talk, people can be a bit taken aback by that."

    Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service says the fire in Pilsley was at an outbuilding in Bridge Street.

    The blaze is now out and crews are damping down to make sure hot spots don't reignite the fire.
