A man arrested in connection with the death of a Chesterfield man has been released on bail.
The 31-year-old was detained earlier in the week on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The body of Graham Snell was found during a police search of his home and another part of the town.
Another man, Daniel Walsh, 29, of Marsden Street, Chesterfield, has been charged with murdering the 71-year-old.

The rising number of children being taken into care and fostering has left Nottinghamshire County Council £7.5m over its child social care budget.
In the year to April this year, 875 children were looked after by the council – a rise from 797 the year before.
Before the overspend the council had predicted to spend £127m on services for children and young people.
Next week councillors are expected to agree to write to the Government calling for it to look again at funding for councils.
A Conservative motion – which is expected to pass – says that the current funding level "does not reflect" the current needs it is facing.
A number schools have moved to a shorter working week because of funding shortages.
