Shoppers in Leicester are invited to enjoy a classic board game in Leicester city centre on this playable artwork.
The mindbending - and permanent - snakes and ladders game was created by street artist Joe Hill on the pavement on Humberstone Gate.
It has been funded by artists' collective Graffwerk and Leicester City Council.
Izzy Hoskins, co-director of Graffwerk, said: "We want the city centre to be an engaging and fun space for all ages.
"A game makes the artwork interactive rather than something you look at. So we're aiming to make spaces in the city more interesting and unique with public artwork."
She added people could use a dice generator on their smart phone or bring their own dice to play the game.
Leicester City Council said it would provide a large dice too.

Mansfield currently has the highest seven-day infection rate in the East Midlands - with 608 cases per 100,000 people for the week up to 22 August. The England average is 331.
