Two people have been charged after separate attacks on Nottinghamshire Police officers over the weekend.
The force said there was an attempt to push an officer on Bailey Street in Nottingham on Saturday.
On the same day another officer was kicked and spat at while responding to a report of an altercation in Market Place, Newark, suffering minor injuries.
Both suspects have been charged with assaulting an emergency worker and will appear at Nottingham Magistrates Court on 7 September, police said.
Also on Saturday a PCSO was bitten and punched while investigating a report of anti-social behaviour in Clifton. The officer needed hospital treatment for their injuries.
A 34-year-old was arrested in connection with attempted grievous bodily harm and was also wanted on re-call to prison.
