    Trains are back up and running after services were suspended for eight hours, external after a van was found lying on the line at Chacewater.  

  2. Henry Slade: Exeter centre set for operation on suspected leg breakpublished at 08:27

    Henry Slade is believed to have undergone surgery after suffering a suspected broken leg in Exeter's Premiership victory over Wasps.

    The 22-year-old England centre was carried off midway through the second half of Exeter's 41-27 win on Saturday.

    "Henry has an injury to the lower part of his right leg and it is envisaged he will be operated on today," said Chiefs director of rugby Rob Baxter told the BBC yesterday. "We have set no timescale on how long he will be sidelined for."

    - There has been an accident on the B3301 Penpol Terrace in Hayle near the North Quay junction near the pet shop.

    - The A3064 St Budeaux Bypass in Plymouth is busy but moving inbound from the A38 The Parkway junction to Camel's Head Junction.

    - Roadworks are causing traffic delays on the A39 between the Carland Cross junction and the Trispen junction and on the A390 in Threemilestone.

  4. US team on Scilly to deal with rocket remnantspublished at 08:07

    Representatives of the American space company SpaceX are visiting the Isles of Scilly to recover part of their rocket.

    The wreckage of the cargo mission to the International Space Station washed up on the island of Tresco ten days ago. 

    It's understood the American visitors have removed some sensitive components and may destroy the rest.
