MP's bid for Cornish identity 'tick-box'published at 08:36 British Summer Time 11 June 2018
The case for a "tick-box" for people to identify as being Cornish in the 2021 census will be raised in Parliament today when St Austell and Newquay MP Steve Double leads a debate on Cornish national identity.
The county has been recognised as a national minority since 2014 and there's a campaign for it to have a tick box similar to those granted to some other Celtic nations.
