Hereford FC 'poor' in gamespublished at 13:40 British Summer Time 10 August 2016
Hereford FC's, external manager Pete Beadle admits they have been "poor" in two games and "got away with it" following their 3-2 win over Mangotsfield United at Edgar Street last night.
The Bulls led three times in the game through Aaron Birch, John Mills and Jamie Willets, but were made to work very hard for the victory in Southern League Division One South and West.
Beadle said: "Certainly through pre-season we looked sharp and lively and for whatever reason in the two league games we haven't been anywhere near ourselves I don't think."
Evesham United were 2-0 up at home to Didcot Town, but a poor second-half showing meant they had to settle for a 2-2 draw.
In the Premier Division, it's six points from six for Redditch United, who won 4-2 at Stratford Town.
