    The police are trying to find a Telford man who has to return to HMP Hewell in Redditch, because he broke the terms of his release.

    Andrew McNab was allowed to leave on 28 October after serving a sentence for committing grievous bodily harm with intent.

    The police say the 31-year-old has since breached his licence conditions and he has connections to the Telford and Newport areas.

    A young Malvern woman, who's had an early menopause, external at the age of 26, has set up an on-line support group for other women sharing the same problem. 

    Stephanie Trussler went to the doctor with fatigue, only to be told she had premature ovarian failure and would be unable to have children.

    She's hoping her Justovaryacting campaign will help other women cope with the devastating news.

    Hitler's wife's knickers, which sold at auction in Malvern, "showed a little sign of wear", according to auctioneer Phillip Serrell. 

    The pair of lilac briefs went for nearly £3,000 - much more than the expected price of around £400.  

    They belonged to Eva Braun, who Hitler married less than 14 hours before the couple committed suicide in a Berlin bunker.

    Commuters and shoppers in Herefordshire are being warned that car parks across the county will be shut this week for maintenance work. 

    The Gaol Street site in Hereford will only have 50% of the spaces in action today and tomorrow.

    The car parks in Crossfields and Kings Acre in Ross-on-Wye and in Bye Street and Bridge Street in Ledbury will be closed some mornings this week.

  18. Westfields go into the second round FA Cup drawpublished at 10:00 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November 2016

    Westfields FC will be part of the draw for the second round of the FA Cup this evening. 

    They drew 1-1 with Curzon Ashton on Saturday, who are three leagues above the Herefordshire side.

    Curzon equalized with only nine minutes to go after Westfields had taken an early lead. 

    Their first round replay will take place on Monday, 14 November.

    A pair of lilac knickers, once belonging to Hitler's wife Eva Braun, has sold in Malvern for nearly £3,000. 

    The briefs, which were part of a collection that went under the hammer at Phillip Serrell's auction house in Malvern, were only expected to fetch around £400.

    A gold ring, a silver mirrored box and a silver holder, still containing Eva Braun's bright red lipstick, were also sold.
