    Did you see a cyclist being assaulted on Ferensway in Hull, external on Saturday 4 February?

    It happened around 13:40 when a cyclist approached the pedestrian crossing outside the St Stephens shopping centre.

    The cyclist suffered minor injuries when he fell off his bike after he was allegedly hit by a man who was with a woman and a pram.

    Hull Crown Court has heard how holiday park owner William Flannigan 'knew perfectly well' chalets he was selling as permanent homes only had planning permission for them to be used for holiday purposes. 

    It is alleged he mis-sold the chalets on Lakeminster Park near Beverley which ultimately lead to a number of elderly people facing eviction. 

    The jury were told how he was granted planning permission to place 169 park homes for holiday use at the Park near Beverley in 2006 and that at no time did Mr Flannigan ask for permanent use and he was never given it.

    William Flannigan denies ten counts of fraud by misrepresentation. The case continues.

    High court action is being taken by more than 60 steel workers from Scunthorpe and Sheffield, who it's claimed were exposed to harmful substances in British Steel coking plants. 

    Lawyers claim insurers acting on behalf of British Steel have partly admitted to the issues, which happened over a number of decades. 

    British Steel say they're aware of the claims but can't comment further due to ongoing legal proceedings.

    Off road vehicles and air rifles worth more than £60,000 have been stolen from a property in Ulceby.

    Thieves broke into outbuildings in the Croxton area of the village between 17:00 yesterday (Monday) 6 February and 08:00 today (Tuesday) 7 February.

    If you've been offered them or have information, external about them Humberside Police want you to get in touch.

    Police are appealing for information after a woman in a wheelchair was robbed in Grimsby, external yesterday (Monday) 6 February. 

    The attack was in Ainslie Park at about 12:30 GMT as she was approaching the Wintringham Road exit when she was grabbed around her neck from behind and asked for money while a light was shone in her eyes.

    There's a lane closed on the M180 westbound at junction 4 for Scawby. Lane one (of two) is closed due to a vehicle having a tyre change. The Highways Agency says traffic is "coping".
