    Lizzie Musham
    BBC Local Live, Lincolnshire

Ear, nose and throat (ENT) and urology departments could become centralised in northern Lincolnshire.

The trust which runs hospitals in Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Goole says both units are currently facing critical staffing shortages.

They're recommending basing the urology department solely in Scunthorpe, while Grimsby would be home to ENT.

A decision's expected at a meeting of the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Trust later today.
