The National Caravan Council says the rate of commission on the resale of a holiday home is agreed by the parties when the agreement is signed, and this term is clear and prominent in the documentation.

The union Unison say a judgement not to give carers the minimum wage for a "sleep-in" shift is a huge mistake.
These are shifts which provide overnight care at a persons house between 22:00 and 07:00 and are typically paid an allowance of £29.50.
It's after a previous Employment Tribunal found in favour of East Yorkshire care worker Claire Tomlinson-Blake, saying she used a "listening ear" and was working while she was asleep.
But today the Court of Appeal ruled in favour of Mencap to overturn the previous ruling which could have meant care providers having to pay around £400m in back pay.
Trade union Unison says the decision not to count sleep-in shifts as working time is wrong and that most care workers on these shifts aren't sleeping.
