A third of people in Britain are on the tipping point of falling into poverty as prices rise.
The York-based Joseph Rowntree Foundation says 19-million people aren't earning enough money for a decent living standard. That's gone up by four million in the past six years.

An elderly man handed over a large amount of cash to men posing as solar panel engineers who called at his house in Heckmondwike.
It happened last Friday when the man, in his 70s, answered the door to two men who told him he was due a refund.
They took out a card machine, and stole a large sum of money during the "transaction".
Both male suspects are described as Asian and both were smartly dressed.

This car ended up on its side, but luckily the driver escaped with little injury.
Passers by to helped the driver out of the car, and fire, police and ambulance soon arrived to attend at the scene.
The car has now been recovered but we understand traffic is still quite slow through the centre of Hebden Bridge.

New England captain Joe Root says he will seek the advice of his predecessors before taking charge for the first time in July.
The 26-year-old has replaced Alastair Cook despite only leading in four previous first-class matches.
"It would be silly not to talk to people who have been in this position before," Root told BBC Sport.
"Maybe I'll also speak to a few people away from cricket to get different perspectives on things."
Some really good news this afternoon, 29-year-old Alicja Dworakowska who reported missing from her home in Beeston with her five-year-old daughter has been found safe and well.
West Yorkshire Police have thanked members of the public for their assistance.
Sheffield is set to become a "pro-vaping" city as part of a new stop smoking strategy.
It's one of the aims set to be agreed by Sheffield City Council's cabinet committee.
Smoking is thought to kill about 16 people a week in Sheffield.

A trainee soldier's been convicted of attempted murder after being accused of trying to stab a comrade in the head in North Yorkshire.
Private James Farrell, 18, told a court martial he'd been bullied by a group of fellow trainees at Catterick.
Farrell targeted Rifleman Curtis Horbury saying he was the ringleader of the alleged bullying.
He plunged a knife into his bed telling the court martial his intention was to scare Horbury, but not hit him.
He denied attempted murder, but was convicted following a three-day trial at Colchester Garrison, with a board of five military officers delivering a unanimous verdict
We've been telling you the European Commission is sending a "final warning" to the UK, for as major centres such as Leeds fail to address repeated breaches of legal air pollution limits.
It could mean that the government doesn't take action within the next two months, the commission could take it to the European Court of Justice.
Leeds City Council has responded by saying that they take the air quality in the city, external "very seriously" and that they have developed a strategy to reduce emmissions.
They say that they have a commitment from First Bus to "invest more than £70m in a new fleet of low-emission vehicles" by the end of 2020.
Police are looking for 21-year-old Joseph Lowther after a stabbing at a Barnsley nightclub before Christmas.
Mr Lowther, who is originally from Barnsley, may have travelled out of South Yorkshire and has previous connections around the north of England.
It comes after a 30-year-old was stabbed at Whispers nightclub in Regent Street on 18 December 2016.

Members of the two main trade unions representing steel workers have voted in favour of changes to the British Steel Pension Scheme.
The changes are being put forward by current owner Tata Steel and will see workers get lower pension payouts.
In return, the company has promised to protect jobs and invest in the future of the industry.
It will affect the 1,700 workers at Stocksbridge and Rotherham plants - even when the specialty steels business is sold to Liberty Group.
Over two thirds of members of Unite, Community and GMB voted in favour of the changes.
If you're out by the River Foss this evening, don't be alarmed if you see the York Rescue Boat out on the water.
They're taking part in a training exercise at Huntington Road.
