A man is charged over an assault on a woman who was out jogging on a canal towpath.

A row between the RMT union and Arriva Rail North over plans for driver-only-operated trains has already led to one strike, at one stage this week the strike looked like being lifted.
RMT general secretary Mick Cash said: "The responsibility for the inevitable disruption lies wholly with the company" and that Arriva Trains North were trying to "bulldoze through" plans.
But Richard Allan from Arriva Rail North said “It is hugely disappointing that RMT is making demands rather than working with us. We urge them to get back around the table.”
Prosecutors say Craig Preston was beaten to death by a love rival, his partner and three teenagers.

Transline, which is based in Brighouse had supplied temporary workers to Sports Direct's warehouse in Derbyshire.
It also recently lost a contract with Amazon. The company announced it is in administration in Leeds today.
A teenage girl has been attacked and raped in Doncaster last night.
The attack happened in the Balby area of the town at about 19:40.
The 16-year-old was walking along Regent Street when she was approached by a man. He attacked her and then he ran off from the area.
Detectives say that they don't have a description, but that "officers are working with the girl to obtain one".

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library scheme is coming to the Airedale Library in Castleford near Wakefield, external.
People who register will be sent one age-appropriate book each month by post, right up until their child’s fifth birthday.
Babies born after the 1 September 2016 can be signed up for the scheme and those that attend the library on 3 May will get a free Peter Rabbit book.
The scheme originally launched in Parton's home county of Sevier, Tennessee in 1996.
It now runs in the US, Canada, Australia as well as the UK.
A charity shop worker who found a prayer book containing a personalised wartime love poem is appealing for help to reunite it with the family.
The book belonged to a couple in Ryedale, North Yorkshire, and turned up nearly 300 miles away at a charity shop in West Sussex.
Shop worker Julie Angell said she wanted to reunite it with the couple's living relatives.
The book was given to Nancy Harrison by her husband Jim while he was serving in North Africa in 1943.
A hand-written message reads: "With love to Nancy, in remembrance of our wedding day, 14th September 1938."
A fresh appeal has begun in to the disappearance of 22-year-old woman and her three-year-old daughter.
Besfortha Bharaj and her daughter Elia were last seen on Thursday 20 April in the Shirecliffe area of Sheffield at noon.
This new photograph has been published by South Yorkshire Police anyone with information is being asked to call 101 and incident number 1193.
An 18-year-old burglary suspect who was involved in a crash in West Yorkshire was arrested after the stolen car he was driving was involved in an accident.
The incident happened last night when the police were called to a crash at Leeds' Outer Ring Road at West Park.
The car had been stolen from the Keighley area and an off-duty police officer was first on the scene and managed to catch the man who was behind the wheel.

The 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and burglary. He has been released as investigations continue.
Former Bradford East MP David Ward has been sacked as a Lib Dem general election candidate, party leader Tim Farron says.
Mr Ward, who planned to stand in his former constituency, caused controversy in 2013 when he accused "the Jews" of atrocities against Palestinians.
His party membership has been suspended and an independent panel will carry out an investigation after the election.
Mr Ward expressed "sadness" over his sacking and denied being anti-Semitic.

The Green Party is in Sheffield making a manifesto commitment to scrap tuition fees, reinstate educational maintenance grants and guarantee funding for universities after Brexit.
The party's former leader, Natalie Bennett, will contest the seat in the Sheffield Central constituency.
Speaking outside the University of Sheffield, deputy leader Amelia Womack outlined the party pledges and said corporations and businesses should stump up the money for the policies.
The Conservative Party, The Labour Party, The Liberal Democrats and UK Independence Party are also set to launch their manifestos soon.
