    The MP for Bradford West is calling for a change in the law to give British police stronger powers to investigate crimes abroad.

    Labour's Naz Shah is speaking out on the first anniversary of the death of Samia Shahid, whose so-called honour killing is still being investigated in Pakistan.

    The 28-year-old from Bradford, died while visiting relatives in the country last July.

    If you're heading out to catch a train or waiting on the station platform at Bradford Interchange this morning just watch out for one or two delays and a cancellation.

    The 07:04 train to York from Bradford Interchange is currently running 21 minutes late, and the 07:44 train to Leeds has been cancelled.

    Otherwise the services across our region all seem to be running largely to time at the moment.

    Following yesterday's announcement that work on York's new community stadium should begin in the autumn, the stadium development director with York City says fans are divided on whether it'll ever happen.

    The all-seater ground at Monk's Cross will be home to York City Football Club and York City Knights.

    The project has been delayed for years and the cost has risen to £34m.
