The MP for Bradford West is calling for a change in the law to give British police stronger powers to investigate crimes abroad.
Labour's Naz Shah is speaking out on the first anniversary of the death of Samia Shahid, whose so-called honour killing is still being investigated in Pakistan.
The 28-year-old from Bradford, died while visiting relatives in the country last July.
Quote MessageWhat I'm asking for is that if Samia's case happened today, West Yorkshire Police could go to Pakistan and have their own investigation."
