Police in North Yorkshire have published a video showing the moment an injured bird of prey was released back into the wild by an officer.
Last month, officers freed a buzzard which had been caught in a trap in the Ryedale area.
It was later collected by Jean Thorpe, from the Ryedale Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, who cared for it until it was ready for release.
Now, wildlife crime officer PC Jeremy Walmsley, who practised his bird of prey handling skills with Jean, has released the buzzard back into the wild:
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the buzzard’s injuries is ongoing.
Meanwhile, police are urging visitors to North Yorkshire’s countryside to get involved with Operation Owl, which aims to reduce the number of illegal attacks on birds of prey in the county.

Now Filey is being added to the list of places in North Yorkshire where seagull eggs and nests will be removed.
Last year the measure took place in Scarborough and Whitby.
A specialist company is doing the job of removing herring gull nests and eggs as they try to reduce so-called gull muggings.
Last summer they took away 500 nests and 850 eggs in Scarborough and Whitby.

The council contractor involved in work which saw a gas main in Sheffield damaged, leading to the evacuation of several houses in the early hours of this morning, has apologised for the "terrible inconvenience to residents".
About 20 people were evacuated from their homes at about 03:30 due to the leak on Hatfield House Lane in Shiregreen.

But residents of Pilley and Tankersley Parish Council are now raising concerns with Barnsley Council over the noise and the safety of people using a nearby footpath.
A planning application to formalise the shooting events has been put in, including a noise survey report.
A public consultation on the issue will begin soon, according to the council.

During that same period, Harrogate Hospital, which is run by Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, got through just over one-and-a-half million.

A long-serving volunteer RNLI coxswain has heavily criticised the lifeboat organisation in Scarborough over his sacking.
Tom Clark MBE, who'd been with the service for more than 30 years, has been "permanently stood" down after the RNLI claimed he led an unauthorised lifeboat training exercise.
The move followed "an unauthorised all weather lifeboat training exercise led by the coxswain", according to the RNLI.
In a statement on social media, Mr Clark has responded: "To say the launch was not authorised is rubbish.
"I informed the Lifeboat Operations Manager, Deputy Launch Authority, 2nd Coxswain, Deputy 2nd Coxswain, Station Mechanic, Head Launcher, Tractor Driver and the crew I was taking to sea.
"All gave their blessing and clearance."
Mr Clark adds: "34 years of service with not one disciplinary mark against my name, and skill, experience, knowledge and the sacrifices that I've made count for nothing."
The RNLI says it was not acceptable to take out the boat without proper permissions, and subsequent evidence during an investigation contributed to the decision to stand Mr Clark down.
Court orders have been granted to protect three teenage girls in Sheffield who were deemed at risk of forced marriage.
The Forced Marriage Protection Orders (FMPOs) were issued for the girls, aged 14, 16 and 18, after a council raised concerns with South Yorkshire Police.
The orders make it illegal for the girls to be forced to marry or taken out of the UK to wed.
Police said forced marriage could mean "repeated rapes and enforced pregnancy on both women and children".
The orders were granted by a judge at Sheffield Family Court on Friday.
