A young man with autism has been awarded for his volunteer work in the Peak District.
Osian Wilson has spent three years working on the Eastern Moors on the fringes of Sheffield and Chesterfield.
He began as a youth ranger and now works as a conservation trainee - he's even started a campaign to end littering through education in schools.
The 17-year-old has been named Young Volunteer of the Year at the UK National Parks Volunteer Awards.
Quote MessageWhen I was ill and could no longer go to school, the moors saved me and now I want to save them. Getting the award means I can use it to help with my campaign. If we teach children when they are young to respect our world, they will grow up and teach their own children."
