Prince Harry will meet the families of people who died in the Tunisian beach attack later, as he officially opens a memorial.
A couple from Leeds were among the 30 British people to lose their lives in the attack by a gunman at Port El Kantaoui on 26 June 2015.
They were shot near to their hotel swimming pool.
Christopher and Sharon Bell (pictured) died in Sousse four years ago.
Mr Bell worked for Northern Rail at Leeds railway station and was described as "a much loved and highly valued colleague."
Mrs Bell was a health and care worker.
The couple from Killingbeck were described as "hard-working" by neighbours.
Last month seven people were jailed for life for carrying out that attack.
The memorial to the British victims has been built in Birmingham's Cannon Hill.
