Lindsey Burton (pictured), 34, died in hospital the day after the car she was driving was involved in a crash with a Scania LGV and a silver Citroen Picasso.
The incident happened on the A631 Tickhill Road at about 15:40 on Wednesday 12 June.
Police have now released this image as they continue to search for witnesses:
It's hoped the driver of the green Vauxhall Corsa (pictured) might have seen the crash and could help officers with their investigation.
The car is believed to be a 2015 or newer Corsa which has been modified with a spoiler.

Police have arrested four men after suspected stolen cars and car parts were found in an East Yorkshire village following a tip-off from a member of the public.
The suspects, aged 71, 40, 23, and 21, were arrested following "an extensive search" of a property in Wawne.
Officers found an Audi and a Nissan Qashqai, which are suspected to have been stolen, along with numerous motor parts.
Humberside Police say they are linking the cars to burglaries on Minster Close in Hull on 13 June and on Compass Road on 31 May this year.
The arrested men have since been released under investigation while inquiries continue, police say.
Andrew Jones, Conservative MP for Harrogate, has paid tribute to the efforts of the emergency services dealing with a fire at a shop in the town centre earlier.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire on Station Road, which broke out at about 09:00 this morning:
