Police in Huddersfield want to speak to him after a small camera was found in a coffee shop's unisex toilet.
The camera was discovered at Costa Coffee on Stadium Way in Huddersfield on 26 October last year and officers have subsequently failed to trace the man in the picture.
Anybody who recognises him should get in touch with West Yorkshire Police.

A panel of council leaders has agreed to continue to fund Welcome to Yorkshire (WtY) with £1m of public money, despite its recent problems.
The tourism agency has struggled financially since the resignation of chief executive Sir Gary Verity in March and the subsequent investigations into the company.
The meeting heard that a “managed closedown” of WtY would cost even more than helping to keep it going and new agency would need to be set up in its place.
