Richard Fabri, 38, from the Boston area, is believed to have links with Friskney and London, officers said.
He was due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court in relation to conspiracy to supply Class B drugs and the production of Class B drugs.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked by a group in Leeds at the weekend.
Officers were called to Briggate shortly before 04:00 on Saturday to reports of an ongoing fight.
The 29-year-old victim was set upon by five males and one female who police describe as "youths".
It's believed a number of people saw the attack and are asking those people to come forward.
Large dinosaur eggs have been placed in locations across Leeds for visitors to hunt down as part of one of the first major events in the city since lockdown restrictions were eased.
The egg trail will run for two weeks ahead of Leeds Jurassic Trail 2, which takes place between 17 July and 5 September.
Visitors will be able to download an app for their phones and when they scan an egg at one of the locations it will hatch on their screen.
Each digital dinosaur that hatches from an egg will then be recreated as a life-size animatronic creature as part of the main event later in the summer.
Martin Dickson, head of marketing for Leeds BID, said: “This is the first major event we’ve hosted in the city centre since lockdown.
"It’s been genuinely exciting to see so many families already making that trip back to the city centre to do this together safely – and for free."

A spokesman said: "Officers are currently at the scene with various partner agencies and this remains an ongoing incident."
About 30 people including a Sheffield family had to be rescued from a rollercoaster in Blackpool.
The wooden, twin-track Grand National ride, built in 1935, broke down at midday on Tuesday.
Staff at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach attraction had to climb up the ride, which stands 62ft (19m) high, to escort nervous thrill-seekers back to the ground.
At about the same time, another rollercoaster at the same amusement park, the giant Big One, also suffered a temporary stoppage, but riders were able to remain seated and the ride continued five minutes later.
Steve Ely, from Sheffield, South Yorkshire, on the Grand National ride with his two children, tweeted a photo of the ride stuck at the top of an incline on the roller-coaster.
An eyewitness waiting to get on the ride said his children were "devastated" as the ride was stopped while the problem was dealt with.
A spokesman for Blackpool Pleasure Beach said: "At 11:55 on Tuesday 1 June a stoppage occurred on the lift hill of the Grand National.
"All riders were safely escorted down the lift hill, and the ride was checked and re-opened just before 13:00.
"Shortly afterwards there was a very brief stoppage on the Big One lift hill, at 50ft, riders remained seated and the ride continued after five minutes."
In April riders on the Big One had to be escorted down after the amusement attraction broke down.
The ride reopened later that day.
The sunny bank holiday weather saw thousands of tourists descend on North Yorkshire, giving businesses a much needed boost.
As the county basked in glorious sunshine beaches, hotels, bars, caravan sites and restaurants enjoyed a bumper weekend.
Beki Palmer-Bunting from Robin Hood Caravan and Camping Park at Slingsby said: "We've been fully booked all weekend.
"There's just been a buzz around the place, everybody is excited to be out again.
"We've had kids playing with their water pistols all weekend, we've had families that have not seen each other for months. It's really fantastic to be back to where we were."
A man died after his car left the road and crashed in a field in North East Lincolnshire, police say.
The driver of the blue Mazda 6 estate car died when his car left the the B1210 Healing Road in Stallingborough near Grimsby just before 05:00 today.
Police say the man's family is being supported by specially-trained officers and have appealed for anyone who may have information or dashcam footage from around the time of the crash
Daniel Boulton, 29, is arrested in connection with the murder of a mother and her nine-year-old son.

Drivers are being warned that roadworks on a main route into Barnsley town centre will continue after workmen damaged a culvert.
The roadworks to repair a burst water main on Summer Lane began in April, and were initially expected to last a few weeks.
However, a culvert of the old Sough Dyke, which runs under the town centre was damaged during the works.
Councillor Chris Lamb, cabinet spokesperson for environment and transportation at Barnsley council, said: “This watercourse is classified as a main river and is therefore under the administration of the Environment Agency.
“As a result, the repair work now needs to be carried out by a specialist contractor and approved by the Environment Agency."
Mr Lamb said the council "will be looking to expedite the repairs as swiftly as we can".

Ed Morrish, 41, from Leeds but now living in Hampshire, re-discovered the clock when digging through his garage.
The audio and comedy producer tweeted: "When I went to university in 1998, my mother gave me an alarm clock where you could record your own alarm, so I told her to record it.
"I've just found it, and it still works. She died in 2006, and this is the only recording of her voice that I have."
In the recording, his mum Christine Morrish is heard shouting: "Get up Edward", and it is the first time Mr Morrish's two children, aged nine and 11, have been able to hear their late grandmother's voice.

Two new takeaways are set to open on one of Sheffield’s busiest roads.
Plans have been submitted for signs for a Dunkin Donuts and a Chopstix Noodle Bar at the former Pizza Hut on Penistone Road (pictured above).
Chopstix said it would open in summer and would be the city’s second branch after one opened at Berkeley Precinct on Ecclesall Road recently.
There are no further details about Dunkin Donuts but it already has venues at Berkeley Precinct, Valley Centertainment and Devonshire Street.
The Pizza Hut building, which closed last November, was recently advertised to let for £60,000 per year.

Police have warned people to avoid the Hubbard's Hill area of Lincolnshire after an off-duty policer officer was injured in an incident with a man believed to be Daniel Boulton.
Mr Boulton is being sought by police after a woman, 26, and her nine-year-old son were stabbed to death at a house in Louth on Monday evening.
Police, who have launched a murder investigation following the deaths, say members of the public should not approach Mr Boulton but ring 999.

The woman and child found dead in a house in Louth suffered stab wounds, police have said.
Officers were called to High Holme Road at 18:29 on Monday after ambulance staff alerted them.
They discovered a 26-year-old woman and her son, aged nine, who had died.
A knife was found at the scene, said Lincolnshire Police.
Another child was found uninjured at the property.
Police have launched a murder investigation and are seeking Daniel Boulton, 29, in connection with the incident.
Det Ch Supt Andy Cox, said: “We are urgently seeking assistance to locate and arrest Daniel Boulton. Please, do not approach him as he could be potentially dangerous.
“We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident at present.
"Boulton and the victims were known to each other. No-one else was injured at the property.
"However, another young child was located at the property and was uninjured. We understand there is speculation that was child was abducted. This was not the case and the child has been safeguarded.”
A new trial has launched in Bradford to find out the impact of a 'booster' dose of Covid vaccine.
Volunteers will be given a third shot of one of the seven vaccines ordered by the UK in order to gather data on side-effects and immune responses
The findings will help vaccine advisers decide if re-vaccinating some people in the autumn is necessary.
The Cov-Boost, will recruit 3,000 people of all ages who had their first dose in December or January, to test if this is worthwhile.
The research is being led by University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford is one of 18 locations where research is being carried out.
Consultant respiratory physician Prof Dinesh Saralaya will be leading the booster trial in Bradford.
He said: "Participants will be given a different vaccine to the one they have been given already, and by mixing them in this way, we will find out which combinations are the most effective to give us continued protection against this deadly virus.
"As we know, vaccines are the only way of out this pandemic and research is vital in the hope of us getting back to normal.”
Five men have been charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man who was stabbed to death.
Sam Davies was found with serious knife wounds in Coleridge Gardens, Lincoln, on Thursday night and died a short time later.
The men aged between 18 and 24, are due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court later.
A 15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation, Lincolnshire Police added.
