The woman, who is in her 80s, was a passenger in a grey VW Passat which collided with a silver VW golf on Harborough Avenue, in Sheffield, at about 11:50 on Thursday.
South Yorkshire Police say three people, including the woman, were taken to hospital following the crash.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police.
A pensioner's bank card has been stolen and used by fraudsters, North Yorkshire Police have said.
The woman, in her 70s, was shopping at the B&M store on Selby's Three Lakes retail park on 27 July when her card was stolen.
It was then used illegally on the town's High Street shortly afterwards,
Officers believe the two men pictured above may have information about the incidents.

The trio of British Transport Police officers tried to stop a fight between five people outside the station's taxi rank at 15:00 on Wednesday.
Back-up officers arrived and the group were arrested on suspicion of assaulting emergency workers and affray.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to assist with their enquiries.
A female festival-goer was sexually assaulted after leaving a Lincolnshire event, police say.
The woman, in her 20s, was attacked near Edenham in Lincolnshire in the early hours of Sunday morning.
She had previously attended the Forbidden Forest Festival held at Grimsthorpe Castle, near Bourne.
Lincolnshire Police are asking for any witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch.
Two teenagers arrested in connection with a "nasty attack" on another boy at a school in South Yorkshire have been bailed, police have confirmed.
South Yorkshire Police said officers were called to reports of an assault at Brinsworth Academy in Rotherham at about 11:00 on Monday.
Two 16-year-old boys from the town were arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and both have now been bailed.
Detective Ch Insp Daniel Boulter said: "This was a particularly nasty attack that left the victim with serious injuries."

Two popular Scarborough venues have been given permission to serve their customers outside in seated areas for another 12 months.
The Lord Rosebery, a JD Wetherspoon pub in Westborough, and the Harbour Bar ice cream parlour in Sandside have both had their pavement licences extended.
Government legislation brought in last year, designed to promote economic recovery and growth in response to the coronavirus pandemic, introduced an easier pavement licence application process for businesses that already serve food and drink.
Planning permission is also temporarily waived for pavement licences and the process is sped up to limit waiting times for those applying.
The scheme had been due to expire on 31 September this year, but has now been extended by 12 months by the government, though premises must apply for the extra time.

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a clothes shop in Leeds city centre.
West Yorkshire Police say they were called to Flannels on Vicar lane at 10:26 this morning.
Men in masks had threatened staff with knives, before stealing items and driving off.
The shop has been targeted by robbers several times in the past.
Armed officers are still at the scene, searching for the men.
Police say nobody was injured in the robbery.

A man has been arrested after a lengthy stand-off by the River Ouse in York.
Police received reports on Wednesday lunchtime that a man was breaching a criminal behaviour order near the riverside balcony area behind the City Screen cinema, off Coney Street.
When officers arrived, the man ran off and climbed onto the wrong side of a river safety barrier.
Police say he threatened to jump and refused to come down for about 12 hours.
Officers then moved in and the incident was safely brought to a conclusion in the early hours of today, according to North Yorkshire Police.
The 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of breaching a criminal behaviour order, causing a public nuisance, escaping from lawful custody and affray.
He remains in custody.
The boy was grabbed and carried away by a woman before she was challenged by the boy's mother.

Lindsey Scholes died after a fire was deliberately started at the door of the house she was staying at in Milgate Street, Royston at 04:30 on 8 September 2001.
Fire crews rescued the 17-year-old from the first floor of the property but she died two days later in hospital due to the effects of smoke inhalation, South Yorkshire Police say.
No-one has been arrested or charged in connection with her death in the two decades since.
Dave Stopford, head of the Major Incident Review Team at the force, said: "The pain of Lindsey's loss is still felt by many who loved and miss her.
"There may be someone out there who knows a crucial detail about the events leading up to the fire. I would urge anyone with information, even if it may have seemed insignificant at the time, to come forward."
