Pictures showing a man in a wheelchair being pushed by another man have been released by police in connection with the theft.
North Yorkshire Police said more than 40 bottles of whisky and vodka were stolen from the Co-op store on Finkly Hill, Sherburn in Elmet.
It happened at about 15:00 on Saturday 31 July when the goods were taken without payment being made.
If anybody recognises the men in the picture, they're asked to get in touch with police.

The woman was waiting at the crossing at the junction of Foss Island Road and Layerthorpe on Saturday afternoon, according to the North Yorkshire force.
As she waited, a man in his late 20s or early 30s, used his phone to snap images.
Police say the incident happened between midday and 13:00 BST and believe the area was busy at the time.
They are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.

A teenager from North Yorkshire taking part in this year's Great British Bake Off says being part of the show is "the coolest experience".
Freya, 19, a psychology student from Scarborough, says she had dreamt of entering the famous tent since the first series, when she was aged just nine.
A year ago Freya, who is vegan, began making plant-based versions of classic bakes for her dad.
Now she wants to make vegan versions of classic dishes which are indistinguishable from the originals.
Speaking to BBC Radio York's Georgey Spanswick, Freya said: "I just really wanted someone to go on there and fly the flag for the whole vegan thing and thought it would be a really cool thing to do."
The second show of the series is on Channel 4 at 20:00 tonight.
The Sheffield service has seen an eightfold increase in people using its services in the last year.
