A new campaign urging people to use e-scooters responsibly has been launched in York.

North Yorkshire's police commissioner Philip Allott says too many riders are unaware they need to have a driving licence and insurance to use one.
It is also illegal in the UK to use privately-owned e-scooters on a public road, pavement or cycle lane.
Over the coming weeks, members of the force's roads policing group will be giving leaflets out to scooter retailers around York and elsewhere to ensure their customers fully comply with the law.
A trial e-scooter scheme operated by private company Tier is currently operating in York.
Scooters can be hired using a phone app and can be used on roads and cycle lanes, but not on footpaths.
