Writing on social media, external, station manager Tony Walker said: "Main Street in Duffield is now open.
"The incident has been scaled down to one appliance and an investigation is now under way."
There are no reported injuries.
Police investigating the child's death in Rossington say the 17-year-old is no longer a suspect.

Officers found a large-scale cannabis grow at property on Dianna Street in Scunthorpe.
The plants were seized and a 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation, according to Humberside Police.
He remains in police custody whilst an investigation continues.
Meanwhile Class A drugs worth an estimated £20,000 were found and seized from an address on Whisperwood Way in Hull.
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and money laundering, the force said.

One of North Yorkshire Police's best known officers is hanging up his handcuffs after 25 years.
Insp Martin Metcalfe is highly regarded by business owners, the public, colleagues and even some criminals, the North Yorkshire force said.
He joined up as Special Constable and served for five years before becoming a regular officer in 1996.
As he finished his last shift, Insp Metcalfe told BBC Radio York: "At 2 o'clock in the morning I got my final arrest. I was in the city centre, the place I love and adore and I went down a street I first patrolled. I'm not making this up, Spurriergate, and I came across a man tagging on the wall committing criminal damage, red handed, you could not make it up."
The retiring officer went on to say he loves policing so much that he is seriously thinking of re-joining as a police officer in the future and starting all over again just for a few years.
A section of the A1 in Lincolnshire has reopened after a lorry smashed into the central reservation of the southbound carriageway leading to long delays.
The vehicle hit the central reservation near Stamford at 06:50 GMT.
The road southbound remained fully closed for several hours as recovery work was carried out.
Drivers have been warned the outside lane in both directions is expected to remain closed for the rest of the day for barrier repairs.
About 65ft (20m) of the central reservation was damaged in the incident, National Highways said.
Leicestershire Police said the lorry driver suffered a head injury which was "not thought to be life-threatening".
Bradford councillors Luke Majkowski, Joan Clarke and Robert Hargreaves will go on as independents.

A white Toyota Aygo and a white Ford Transit Van crashed on Pilham lane near to the railway bridge south of Blyton, just after 19:00 on Thursday, according to Lincolnshire Police.
A force spokesperson said: "The two occupants of the Toyota, a woman in her 50s and a teenage girl, have both been admitted to hospital with serious injuries.
"A passenger in the Transit van was also admitted to hospital but has since been discharged."
Anyone who saw the collision, or who has dashcam footage from the area at the time of the crash, has been urged to contact police.
Police are asking for witnesses to an attack which saw a man get out of a car and attack a group standing outside an Indian restaurant.
The victims - a group of friends - were outside the Rajput Indian Restaurant on Commonside, in the Crookesmoor area of Sheffield, when a man got out of a vehicle and, without warning, began punching them.
An investigation into the incident, which took place at about 20:30 on Saturday 13 November, has so far failed to identify the attacker.
Det Con Ollie Hobson, said: "This assault caused injuries to numerous victims, ranging from minor injuries to those of a very serious nature,
"We are really keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and may have seen or heard something which could be of assistance to the investigation."

Main Street in Duffield is closed "so please avoid whilst we tackle the blaze," he said.
The Fire Service said six breathing apparatus and three hose reel jets were being used to extinguish the fire.
