A West Yorkshire candidate on The Apprentice says her time so far on the BBC show has been a "rollercoaster".
Harpreet Kaur, 30, runs a dessert parlour in Huddersfield and gave up banking to follow her passion.
She told BBC Radio Leeds: "I'm definitely a bit of a greedy girl and I love a cake and coffee. I just knew I wanted to do something different and picked up on the trend of desserts.
"Who can say no to something sweet and sugary?"
The first episode of the new series was watched by 4.6 million people, making it the show's most popular launch since 2017.
Ms Kaur says says being on the programme is a fun, but stressful experience: "You're all there, with some incredible business people and it's intense.
"I'm gutted the viewers don't get to see everything as there's so much packed into one episode.
"There can only be one winner, but regardless where I get on the show it's all about the future of the business and a platform to build on."
The Apprentice is on BBC One and iPlayer on Thursday at 21:00.

Hull City Council's leader has written to the government asking why "unfair and excessive demands" are being made on the city after the Home Office confirmed a second hotel will be used to house asylum seekers.
The site will house 90 women and children but council officials have told BBC Radio Humberside that they were not consulted over the plans or given any extra funding to support it.
Darren Hale, council leader, said: "We have a long and proud history of welcoming and supporting people seeking refuge, but the situation is becoming unsustainable, both for the council and, crucially, for the individuals concerned.
"We are increasingly supporting families and young people who, alongside accommodation, need access to education, health, and wider community services.
"This is why extra government funding needs to be provided to local authorities."
The Home Office says the government has made £5m available to support housing costs and at least £12m to prioritise additional school places, in addition to existing financial support for those taking asylum seekers.
The project will tell the story of Scarborough and its people through storyboards on the sea wall.

Read MoreHealth bosses in York have urged people in the city to continue wearing face masks in public spaces when Covid Plan B restrictions end next week.
England's Plan B measures are to end from next Thursday, with mandatory face coverings in public places and Covid passports both dropped, the government has announced.
But city leaders have said people should continue to be cautious.
Keith Aspden, leader of City of York Council, said: "It's welcome news case rates are falling across the city - despite this, case rates are still higher across York than we would like.
"While it's welcome that some restrictions are being lifted next week, we ask that people continue to take as many precautions as they can to keep themselves and others safe."
Fiona Phillips, assistant director for public health, added: "As we move to having fewer restrictions we'll be asking people to continue to take certain precautions to stop Covid-19 from spreading.
"This includes continuing to wear a face covering in busy public spaces and all of the other things we've become used: washing our hands, getting the vaccine and letting fresh air in if seeing friends indoors."
The paintings, including work by Monet and Lowry, are loaned by retailer M&S to a Leeds gallery.

A woman who ran seaside donkey rides in Whitby for 30 years has been banned from keeping the animals after inspectors found hers were suffering from neglect.
The RSPCA said Margarite Gibson, 76, kept donkeys, ponies and a mule in crowded stables "with little or no access to forage or water".
Inspectors said some of the animals struggled to walk because their hooves were so overgrown.
Gibson, who had operated on Whitby Beach for three decades, kept 25 animals in paddocks near her home.
The charity said it went to the site with staff from the Donkey Sanctuary in February 2021 following concerns about the animals.
RSPCA inspector Claire Little said some of the animals were underweight while others had poor coats, with lice and scabs visible on their bodies.
Ms Little said Gibson told inspectors she had struggled with money to pay for veterinary care and farriers due to the impact of Covid-19.
Gibson, of Netherby Close, Whitby, pleaded guilty at Scarborough Magistrates' Court on 12 January to three offences of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal and one offence of failing to ensure the needs of animals.
As well as a lifetime ban on keeping equines, she was also given a 14-week suspended prison sentence.
The RSPCA said all the animals were now recovering either at its Fell Edge Animal Centre or in the care of The Donkey Sanctuary.
