A man has been found guilty of a shooting outside a nightclub that left his victim with life-altering injuries.
Tyrone Anderson felt he had been "disrespected" by his 27-year-old victim in an argument at Intrigue nightclub in Huntingdon Street.
Anderson left the club and drove to fetch a pistol and ammunition.
He then returned and the victim was shot in the leg in the early hours of 10 March 2018.
The victim was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre for treatment to a fractured leg bone.
The jury at Nottingham Crown Court found Anderson guilty of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, possessing a handgun with intent to endanger life and possessing a prohibited firearm.
Det Con Alex Warburton said: "This was a frightening experience for the victim and the people on the street who witnessed it."
Anderson, 26, of Waterloo Promenade, Radford, was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced at the same court on Friday 1 November.
