Andrew Morgan, chief executive of the trust which runs Lincoln, Boston and Grantham's hopsitals, has apologised for the "delays that have been experienced" and has stressed they're trying to get everything back to pre-covid levels "as quickly as possible".
BBC Radio Lincolnshire has heard from patients who were due to have operations in April but have still not had them rearranged.

The motorcyclist, a 58-year-old man from the area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No-one in the Jeep was injured in the collision, which happened at around 16:30 yesterday.
The road was closed for more than five hours while police investigated the causes of the accident.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or dash cam footage of either vehicle in the moments before the incident.
A new high-tech training facility allowing pilots in flight simulators to interact with each other despite being up to hundreds of miles away has been completed at RAF Waddington.
The £8m facility will mean teams from around the country can train together in "operationally realistic situations".
The newly-refurbished hangar has now been handed over to RAF Waddington’s Air Battlespace Training Centre, which will run the facility.
The next step is to fit-out of the simulator equipment.
The RAF station is one of the UKs busiest, with surveillance missions, drone pilots and airbone intelligence aircraft being based there.
From 2022 it will also be home to the Red Arrows, the RAF's aerobatics team, after RAF Scampton is decommissioned.
A new Boston school for children with additional needs will include hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms and dedicated therapy spaces.
The Boston Endeavour School, which will cost £13.2m, is being built on area near the old site of Kitwood Boys School and the Rochford Campus of Boston College.
The new school is to replace the old John Fielding school in the town, which the headteacher says is becoming "cramped" and oversubscribed.
Richard Gamman, headteacher of both schools, says the new school will have an extra nine classes, will be able to accommodate 75 additional pupils and will have more facilities for them.
The school helps children aged between four and 19 who have a variety of additional health, behavioural and educational needs.
Dr Gamman said: "The problem we have at the moment is we're a very small site and just able to accommodate 65 pupils... and a lot of young people from the local area end up having to travel by taxi to Spalding to Horncastle or Spilsby just because we don't have enough space in the town."

The heated pool season at Jubilee Park has now finished for 2020.
Staff say their long-term aim is to keep the pools open all year round.
But, as a small local charity they don't receive any funding towards their running costs and at the moment not enough swimmers are using the park to make it financially viable.
They've thanked all their customers and say donations have kept them going through what has been an incredibly tough year.
A 37-year-old has appeared at Lincoln Crown Court accused of murdering a man in Skegness last week.
Paul Bodell, 37, of Grosvenor Road, Skegness, is charged with murdering Paul Barnett ,45, as a result of an incident in the town on Tuesday, 22 September.
Mr Barnett was found seriously injured in Grosvenor Road and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charge was put to Mr Bodell at today's hearing and there was no application for bail.
He was remanded in custody to appear back before the crown court for a plea and trial preparation hearing to be held on 26 October.
The MP for Gainsborough says Parliament needs to be "fully involved" in any future decisions about a national lockdown.
Sir Edward Leigh interrupted a speech by the health secretary Matt Hancock in parliament this afternoon to ask for closer parliamentary scrutiny over restrictions in England.
It follows concerns from a number of MPs , externalwho say they're worried about how some rules - including the limiting of pub and restaurant opening hours and the ban on meetings of more than six people - are being imposed.
Sir Edward said "If the first duty of government is to keep people safe, will he remember that the first duty of Parliament is to hold government to account. I know he wants to take public opinion with him, but will he also make sure he takes Parliament with him."
In reply Matt Hancock said they'd already started a process to keep Parliament involved by having regular statements and debates and daily calls with ministers.

Michael Taylor, 33, of Fairview Avenue, will also be placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years and given a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
The offence took place in August 2018.
Investigating Officer DC Sarah Potts said: “I would like to pay tribute to the bravery of the complainant. Taylor’s refusal to admit guilt meant she was put through a full trial. I hope that this conclusion gives her some closure to a harrowing ordeal."
A charity fundraiser is trekking through Lincolnshire today wearing armour weighing four stones (25kg).
Lewis Kirkbride is on a solo march of 300 miles from York to Hastings. His heavy costume is inspired by what was worn by soldiers during the Battle of Hastings in 1066.
Today he will travel from Epworth to Gainsborough, on day four on his 20-day challenge.
Lewis, from Durham, hopes to raise awareness and donations for a men’s mental health peer support organisation called ManHealth, after suffering from anxiety and depression himself.
He said: “Men still aren’t asking for help or talking when they need to. It can feel like we are alone with nowhere to turn when mental health services and communities around us are struggling to support these men – but I want to show that people are willing to listen."
In the last few weeks there have been several instances of photographers damaging the fence at the Lincolnshire airbase as they try to capture the perfect shot.
Personnel from RAF Coningsby say they are very grateful for the support they receive from the aircraft enthusiast community and have thanked everyone who takes the time to come and visit.

NHS staff are worried patients aren't making GP appointments because they are assuming practices haven't re opened following lockdown.
Officials say patients can contact their local surgery as normal and get advice or book a video consultation.
Lincoln GP Dr Sunil Hindocha says "Part of that confusion is as people are coming to the front door, in the past the doors were completely open, now we have to close them and vet and triage people at the door and see patients in a staggered way, so maybe that has led to some of the confusion."
Wildlife experts are planning to restore 50 hectares of land in Bourne and transform it into a visitor attraction
The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is going to buy 'Bourne North Fen' from a local farmer.
It can then become home to a wide variety of wildlife, linking up important nature reserves and creating multi-purpose wetland.
The plans would boost Lincolnshire's endangered fenland habitats by 30%; supporting species to return to the area such as bittern, crane, swallowtail butterfly and greater water parsnip.
A Lincolnshire brewery is worried new government restrictions on the pub and hospitality industry is putting customers off visiting.
From last Thursday, all pubs, bars, restaurants and other hospitality venues in England had to start closing at 22:00, to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
The sector was also restricted by law to table service only.
Stuart Bateman runs Batemans Brewery, which has around 30 pubs in Lincolnshire, and says "The government is using the industry just to highlight the fact that people have got to take this very seriously, again."
He's worried that customers don't believe it's worth visiting their local because they will have too many rules and regulations to follow.
The government says there's evidence the curfew has a beneficial effect on the spread of the virus.
