There are problems on the East Coast Mainline at the moment after a Hull Trains service suffered a fuel leak after hitting something on the tracks which ruptured fuel tanks.
The affected service is the 09:48 train from London to Hull and it's currently at a standstill between Peterborough and Grantham.
Network Rail says the driver reported hitting something and seeing smoke so the train was brought to a stop.
There was no smoke in the carriages so passengers didn't need to be evacuated, according to Network Rail.
The company adds that the train is going to be towed away as soon as possible, the fuel spill is being cleared up and nearby track is being inspected to ensure there's no obstruction.
Two of the four lines have now reopened, so trains are once again moving through the area.
Quote MessageThey’re not telling us much. We hit something which caused damage to the undercarriage and ruptured fuel tanks. All calm and staff being excellent."

Passengers are still on the train at the moment, according to Network Rail.
The MP for Gainsborough, Sir Edward Leigh, is asking for a meeting with the chairman of NatWest over the closure of a bank in the town.
RBS announced last week it's shutting more than 250 NatWest branches across the UK due to changes to the way people bank.
Sir Edward says the closure plan is a terrible blow for Gainsborough and calls on RBS to reconsider its decision:
Quote MessageIt would be in the mutual interest of both NatWest and the residents and workers of Gainsborough for this branch to remain open and I hope you will revisit this decision immediately."

Plans to replace a derelict pavilion in Skegness have moved a step forward.
The building in Tower Gardens is in such a state surveyors say it can't be saved.
Meanwhile, a public consultation in the town revealed 84% of residents who took part are in favour of paying more council tax to help fund the plans.
Skegness Town Council wants to build something for the community on the site and last night voted to move on to the next planning stage.

I've just been out for a spin in the latest addition to the Lincolnshire Police fleet - it's a £36,000 Ford Mustang.
But, after some criticism on social media, the force is keen to tell you that the car's only on loan for the Lincoln Christmas Market.
Officers say they hope it will encourage people to interact with the police and see them as more approachable.

Homes in West Lindsey will have to pay to have their garden waste collected.
West Lindsey District Council was the only authority in the county not to charge for the service, but now district councilors have approved a payment scheme which will start in April.
The council carried out a public consultation on the issue earlier this year.
Councillors still have to give final approval to the proposed £35 charge.
Quote Message71 per cent of residents who responded considered it fairer to make a small charge for the collection of garden waste than increase council tax for everyone."
Councillor Sheila Bibb, West Lindsey District Council
