EMAS: Funding request to boost ambulance numberspublished at 17:06 British Summer Time 25 April 2018
The ambulance service which serves northern Lincolnshire says additional funding would help it recruit more paramedics and put more vehicles on the road.
East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) has asked local health commissioners for an an extra £20m a year to help it meet response targets.
The average response time for the most critical cases is currently two minutes above the national target.
