    A 15-year-old boy suffered serious injuries in a crash in Grimsby at the weekend.

    He was riding his bike along Cromwell Road at about 17:00 on Sunday when he collided with a black Vauxhall Zafira.

    The boy was taken to Sheffield Children's Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

  2. Coach and car involved in crash on A1published at 14:48 British Summer Time 2 July 2018

    One person has been airlifted to hospital in Nottingham after a crash involving a coach and a car on the A1 in Lincolnshire.

    It happened just after 13:00 at Colsterworth, near Grantham.

    There were passengers on the coach, but there are currently no further details of any injuries.

    The road is currently closed in both directions and isn't expected to reopen for several hours, police say.

    A spate of racist graffiti in Horncastle is being treated as a hate crime, police have confirmed.

    The graffiti appeared overnight last Thursday in five separate locations in the town and included swastikas and references to far-right political movements.

    The people responsible for the graffiti still haven't been found despite increased overnight patrols and house-to-house enquiries, according to Lincolnshire Police.

    Anyone with information about the graffiti is being asked to contact police.

    Members of a Lincolnshire family want to raise more than £500,000 to get their daughter potentially life-saving cancer treatment.

    Jossie Leaver, who is four years old and from Skegness, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma last year.

    It's a rare form of cancer which is most common in children under the age of five.

    In order to pay for treatment, which isn't available on the NHS, family friend Claire Draper plans to swim the 13 miles from Hunstanton to Skegness in August to raise money.
