    The new attractions include a hall of mirrors, and the company also intends moving some of its existing rides around the fairground.

    The current site will be renovated with new decorations added.

    It currently attracts 15,000 visitors per week throughout the year.

    A Lincolnshire motorbike racer has made an "incredible" recovery after a crash, according to his friend.

    Ivan Lintin, from near Bardney, crashed in the 600cc challenge on the Isle of Man on 12 July - the same crash which killed fellow racer James Cowton.

    Lintin was in hospital on Merseyside for a month, but has now been transferred to Lincoln.

    His friend, Dave Stevenson, says it's incredible that Ivan is now within "walking distance of home".

    Hundreds of bird enthusiasts are visiting marshes near Boston to get a glimpse of an extremely rare wading bird.

    The Stilt Sandpiper is a common sighting in America, but has only been spotted twice before in Lincolnshire.

    Staff at RSPB Frampton Marsh says they've had 500 visitors in the last day because of people's eagerness to photograph the bird.

    A new housing development in Spalding is to be named after the famous suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst.

    Ten two-bedroom private rental homes are planned for Pankhurst Close, near Parkside Crescent.

    The homes are due to be completed by next spring.

    Pankhurst was one of the principal leaders of the fight to win women the right to vote.

    The buildings on North Parade in Skegness and Louth bus station will be fully stripped and refitted.

    Other public toilets in Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea will get new taps, basins and doors.

    The work will be carried out during the next few months.

    Nick Daws took over as manager in May with some success, but the team has suffered heavy defeats against Sunderland and Fleetwood and has been knocked out of the Carabao cup.

    After the 5-0 loss to Fleetwood, Daws said he felt "let down".

    A man who died from serious head injuries was a "funny, popular club DJ" who was "passionate about music", his family said paying tribute.

    Peter Craven, 48, died after being found at a house in Oxford Street, Grimsby, on 15 August.

    Three men were arrested and one later released with no further action as part of the murder investigation.

    In a statement, Mr Craven's family said his life "revolved around music" and they have been left "devastated".

    "Peter was a funny, independent and popular man who enjoyed his jokes and pranks," the statement said.

    Three men were arrested in connection with the death but police have not disclosed details of the offences.

    A 35-year-old was released on conditional bail and a 34-year-old was released under investigation.

    A 47-year-old man was released with no further action.

    Lincolnshire motorcyclist Ivan Lintin is back in the county after suffering serious injuries in a crash on the Isle of Man last month.

    Ivan, who's from Bardney, was first treated in a hospital in Merseyside, but has now been transferred to Lincoln County Hospital.

    He's told the BBC he's recovering slowly from the crash, which happened on July 12.

    James Cowton, a fellow rider from Driffield in Yorkshire, was killed in the same crash.
