    About £894m will be invested in Lincolnshire's water supply network in the next five years, according to Anglian Water.

    It's part of a larger investment of £6.5bn in the East of England, with part of the money going towards compensating for less rainfall in coming years.

    The utility company says people in Lincolnshire need to be more resilient in the future because of the effects of climate change.

    Drivers are facing seven weeks of delays while work to improve flood relief measures takes place in Middle Rasen.

    Schools and homes were flooded in Middle Rasen in 2007 after 24 hours of torrential rain.

    Louth and other towns in the area were also affected (pictured), but have already had work to protect them from flooding.

    Andy Blagojevitch, who runs the village shop in Middle Rasen, says he should be given some sort of compensation for the impact the flood protection work will have on his business:
