The Humber Bridge Board has released its strategic plan for the next three years and hopes to increase the amount it can make from advertising and tourism.

New sponsorship and naming rights deals are among the ideas being considered as part of the plan.

But he says East Yorkshire and Hull residents are still likely to call the Humber Bridge by its original name even if it is rebranded.

"I think people will still call it the Humber Bridge, whether it's the Wonga or Shopacheck or whatever. I don't think it will matter to residents," he says.
