Organisers of the National Lottery say they can't pay out a total of £76,369,806.80 (the 80p is very important!) to a winner in the Boston and Skegness area until the ticket's been validated.
A search for the winner of the 12th biggest jackpot in UK history has been under way since 2 November and someone has now come forward after the appeal, Camelot said.
It's not known whether the winner is a syndicate or an individual.
If confirmed, Camelot, which runs the lottery, says it will be up to the winner whether they go public or not.
Quote MessageWow, what a win for one lucky UK ticket-holder! This is the twelfth biggest winner ever in the UK and we very much look forward to toasting their win. Just imagine the Christmas this lucky ticket-holder is now able to look forward to."

Traders in Brigg say the closure of the town's banks is the biggest challenge to the town's future.
Natwest and HSBC have closed their branches in the town and Lloyds Bank (pictured) have replaced counter staff with automated banking.
Quote MessageThe closure of banks in a town such as Brigg can have a devastating effect. What do you do if you have a market stall? We're a market town, so what do you do with your money?"

It's difficult enough dragging a normal sized christmas tree into your front room without covering the place in needles.
So spare a thought for Colin Furze from Stamford.
The YouTube inventor was told by his wife to fetch a tree but couldn't resist getting the biggest he could find.
To make it fit, he cut the tree into three parts and has left a segment on each level of his home.
Colin says he brought a tree home last year which his wife said was too big.
But that, he says, was "like a red rag to a bull" and inspired him to go one step further.
Quote MessageWith any tree you're going to have a few pine needles, so what's the difference between a few and a bucketful?"

Many women born in the 1950s had been expecting to retire at the age of 60, but the rules were changed in 1995.
It's thought that 3.8 million people are affected by the change.
A protest is taking place at County Hall in Lincoln this morning to coincide with 100 years since women first voted in a general election.
But the leader of Lincolnshire County Council, Councillor Martin Hill, says he won't be backing the protesters:
Quote MessageAlthough I sympathise with the speed at which the last change was made, the government did make some concessions so nobody is more than 18 months worse off. But it does mean some women, including my wife, will have to work a little bit longer to get their pensions."
Councillor Martin Hill, Leader, Lincolnshire County Council
A man charged with murdering a woman in Louth admitted to police he had hit her with a baseball bat during a row, a court's been told.
Shane Murphy, 28, of Little Lane, Louth, was arrested shortly after the death of his partner, Marie Gibson, at her home in the town's Lacey Gardens in June.
Mr Murphy told detectives he had been goaded by her and took the baseball bat from her before hitting her a couple of times.
Mr Murphy accepts killing Ms Gibson, but claims his responsibility was diminished by a mental health condition.
The trial continues.
