Two men, including one from Lincoln, have been charged after an attack on two homeless people sleeping in a tent on a Hull street.
CCTV footage showed a man jumping on top of the tent, which was pitched on Whitefriargate, while another filmed it and laughed on 30 November.
Jamie Nickell, 26, of Addison Drive, Lincoln, and Jake Mann, 29, of no fixed abode, are charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
They are due to appear before Hull magistrates on 14 January.
Both have been bailed but are barred from entering the city unless they were to attend court, police said.
A 27-year-old man, from the Lincoln area, who was in custody after handing himself in to police, has been released without charge.
Humberside Police said it had found "more permanent accommodation" for the men inside the tent, who were unhurt in the incident.
The southbound lanes on the Humber Bridge are closed due to an accident.
The A15 is at a standstill due to a multi-vehicle accident between A164 and A1077.

A Lincolnshire music festival will keep its licence despite attracting a number of noise complaints from local residents.
The Lost Village Festival, held at Oakhill Farm at Norton Disney, has been running since 2015 and attracts 15,000 to music, arts and culture events.
But people living nearby complained that they could hear music from the site after hours.
But North Kesteven District Council's Environmental Protection team said there was "no concern" about noise level breaches

A third man is in custody today after handing himself in to police following the release of CCTV showing a man jumping feet-first onto a tent which had two homeless men inside.
The 27-year-old man, from the Lincoln area, gave himself up to officers this afternoon after publication of a video, which showed a man launching himself on top of the tent while another filmed it and laughed.
He is currently being detained, along with another two men, aged 26 and 29, who are also from the Lincoln area and were arrested on suspicion of assault yesterday.
Police say they have now identified all three suspects shown in the CCTV footage, taken on Whitefriargate, in Hull, in the early hours of 30 November.
In a statement, Humberside Police thanked all the people who had shared their appeal since Monday.
The Labour Party in Grantham says it wants the Boxing Day meet called off for safety reasons.

A Lincolnshire MP has described the vote of no confidence in Theresa May as "grossly irresponsible" and says a "self-indulgent" group of MPs has picked a "disastrous time to do it".
Speaking to the BBC, Grantham and Stamford Conservative MP Nick Boles says certain politicians are playing with the future of the country to satisfy their own ideological obsessions.
Mr Boles also said he'll do everything he can do to stop them and can't believe enough of his colleagues "are certifiably insane enough to vote for a contest".
A ballot will be held tonight, with the results expected at about 21:00.

Health and social care managers are due to meet today to take evidence on patient transport services in Lincolnshire.
Thames Ambulance has held the contract since July last year, but the company has not met all its performance targets, including getting patients to appointments on time and collecting them afterwards.
In October, only a quarter of renal patients were picked up within half an hour of their appointments finishing.
Today, Lincolnshire's health and wellbeing board will be asked to hold Thames Ambulance to account.
It will be told that the company has made some improvements to its performance since changing its booking system and taking on more staff.

Humberside Police have revealed the winning entry in their children's Christmas card competition.
A 13-year-old girl called Millie has won the top prize for her design which shows a police helicopter putting Christmas lights onto the Humber Bridge.
The runner-up was an eight-year-old boy called Laurence who drew a picture of Father Christmas driving a police car.
In a Twitter post, Humberside Police said it had been a "tough competition" with "so many amazing creations".
