    The Environment Agency have named the company it holds responsible for the worst river pollution ever recorded in Lincolnshire.

    At least 100,000 fish died when ammonia entered the water the River Witham in March.

    The Environment Agency says it's served Omex Agriculture Limited with a notice of liability under the Environmental Damage Regulations Act 2015.

    This means the company, which is based near Bardney, will have to develop plans for repairing the environmental damage.

    Officials say the pollution which affected the river from Bardney to the Wash had a devastating effect on its delicate ecosystem.

    Since the incident, fisheries teams have re-stocked the river with more that 1.5m fish larvae.

    Further action could take place once the investigation is complete.

    Andrew Clark, 51, didn't realise he'd won until six weeks after the draw.

    His family kept telling him to check his tickets as he has a habit of stockpiling them.

    When he did, he discovered he had the winning ticket and called his partner, Trisha Fairhurst.

    A health watchdog says it's concerned over patient safety at Boston Pilgrim Hospital's A&E department following a damning report by the Care Quality Commission, external.

    Healthwatch Lincolnshire says lessons must be learned after inspectors had serious concerns about the hospital, including ineffective systems to identify critically ill patients, waits of up to 65 minutes in ambulances and patients being treated in corridors.

    Sarah Fletcher, Healthwatch Lincolnshire's chief executive officer, says the NHS, the social care sector and MPs need to come together to support the trust.

    She added that patients could help by using other services:

    She also suggested people use other hospitals if possible.

    United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust has apologised and says it's invested a further £800,000 in additional staffing and support to the department.

    A predatory paedophile who carried out sex attacks against young boys for 25 years has been jailed for life at Lincoln Crown Court.

    Trevor Elley, 65, had been to prison previously a number of times for offences against young boys.

    Passing sentence, Judge Andrew Easteal said: "You feel no sense of shame or regret for the immense suffering and harm you caused these boys who are now grown men."

    Laura Pittman, prosecuting, said that one of the boys was aged just seven years old when Elley began abusing him.

    The boy, who was very vulnerable, was then repeatedly sexually assaulted before being raped.

    Two other boys were subjected to a series of sexual assaults starting when they were both 12.

    Elley, of Queen Street, Lincoln, denied the 12 charges against him but was found guilty of all offences relating to rape of a child, sexual assault of a child and attempted buggery.

    A midwife from Sleaford who was sent home from work for having red hair says she's been touched by the public support she's received since speaking to BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

    Donna Crichton was told by managers at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) to change her hair or not come to work, saying it didn't adhere to the dress code.

    Liz Poole credits Ms Crichton with saving her daughter's life when she was born.

    Three former heroin addicts say that working for a charity-run cafe in Lincoln has turned their lives around.

    The Rising Cafe, run by the charity Betel, offers employment to people who have addictions or have been homeless for a long time.

    They also live together in a home which offers support and is funded, in part, by profits form the cafe.

    Julie Ogle was addicted to Class A drugs for 18 years and says the cafe's changed her life:
