Police have confirmed four people were arrested on suspicion of entering the UK illegally last month in Lincolnshire.
The four men aged 30, 29, and two aged 31, were arrested by officers in the Roman Bank area of Mablethorpe at around 19:30 on 4 December.
It was reported the men had arrived in the UK by boat.
The owners of a hotel near Louth want to open a new holiday park behind their business.
The Brackenborough Arms Hotel has applied to East Lindsey District Council to build 37 timber lodges.
It also wants to extend its pond to create a wildlife lake.
It's understood thieves used a gas bottle to blow out a cash machine at a shop in Spalding.
The ATM on Holbeach Road was attacked in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police believe four people were involved in the theft.

The branches at Birchwood and Boultham in Lincoln shut last year after the charity which ran them closed.
