However, Dr Peter Lee, from the University of Portsmouth, says the military can't just re-purpose the current reaper drones which are piloted from Lincolnshire:
Quote MessageIt would have to be much smaller, more agile. That's where the difficulty lies, weighing up agility, the distance they have to fly, the time they spend in the air and how you're going to power these things...It's not easily achieved."

A Lincoln man who jumped on a tent in which two homeless men were sleeping in Hull has been sentenced to four months in prison.
Jamie Nickell, 26, of Goldsmith Walk, pleaded guilty at Hull Crown Court this morning to causing actual bodily harm.

Passing sentence Judge Mark Bury condemned Nickell's "repugnant" actions:
Quote MessageThere are too many homeless people in our society these days. They do not need to be treated in this way. The way you treated them is such that only an immediate sentence of imprisonment is justified."
Earlier this week, the same judge jailed Jake Mann, 29, also from Goldsmith Walk, for 14weeks for his part in the attack.
