    The incident happened on Reform Street on the 26 January.

    United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust is the worst in the country for waiting time targets in Accident and Emergency, according to new data out today.

    A total of 95% of patients should be seen within four hours of attending A&E.

    But in Lincolnshire that figure is 62.7%, compared to the national average of 84%.

    The trust, which runs hospitals in Boston, Grantham and Lincoln, also missed its targets for cancer and planned operations.

    A spokesman for ITV said: "I can confirm filming is taking place in Lincolnshire today, but it is only for exteriors".

    Local residents are being urged to have their say on planned major changes to the running of visitor attractions in Lincolnshire - including proposals to move art out of Lincoln's main gallery.

    Lincolnshire County Council wants to close the Usher gallery and hire it out for weddings in a bid to save money.

    Changes could also be seen at Gainsborough Old Hall, Discover Stamford, Lincoln Castle and windmills in Lincoln, Alford and Burgh Le Marsh.

    A consultation, external on the plans will run until April.

    A Lincolnshire couple who sat on a burglar as they waited for the police to arrive have been awarded for their bravery.

    Susan Headington and her husband John were asleep in bed when a man broke into their home in November last year armed with a butter knife.

    After pinning him down the couple sat on top of the intruder until officers arrived to arrest him.

    They've now been awarded £375 each out of the Sheriff's Fund which is used to reward people for their bravery.
