    To recap, guards on Southern have begun their 29th day of strike action over changes to their role, while drivers on two tube lines - the Central and Waterloo - are angry about their colleagues being moved from a depot in east London to one in west London.

    An 80-year-old venue called The Ritz in Yorkshire has been ordered to change its name or face legal action by the owners of the famous London hotel.

    Glenn Smith, who runs The Ritz in Brighouse, received a letter demanding he rename the music venue and surrender a number of internet and social media accounts.

    The venue has operated under the name since 1937.

    The Ritz in London declined to comment when approached by the BBC.

  16. Disruption for passengers on strike day 29published at 06:38 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February 2017

    Southern train

    There's more disruption facing passengers on Southern rail today. 

    It's the 29th day of strike action by the RMT union. 

    The dispute is over changes to the role of guards, making drivers responsible for safety and operating the doors. 

    Southern's parent company has already imposed the changes on guards and says it expects 75% of services to run today. 

    Last week drivers rejected a deal with the firm. 

    Their union Aslef is still in talks.

    Gillingham drew 2-2 against AFC Wimbledon at Priestfield, after leading 2-1 for much of the game. Bradley Dack and Josh Wright were on target for the Gills.

    At the Valley Charlton went down 1-0 to Oxford United, Conor McAleny scoring the only goal of the game in the 12th minute.

    The results leave Gillingham 18th and Charlton 13th in League One.
