The members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union also voted nine to one in favour of other forms of industrial action, short of walking out, the union said.

London businesses are facing a £900m hike in business rates with more than 7,500 businesses expected to see their bills rise by 45% from April, Sadiq Khan has warned.
The Mayor of London and a number of leading business groups have written to the chancellor urging him to protect businesses from the increases, which were announced last September.
Mr Khan described the rates increase and Brexit uncertainly as “double whammy for business in London” and warned “the very character of our local high streets is under threat”.
Business rates were reviewed last year and are partly based on property values. They had not been reviewed since 2010 meaning this year's increase is larger than in previous years. MHS

Cornwall Council's chief executive could see her salary increase to £173,417 if new pay packages across the board for council staff are approved today.
Kate Kennally, who came to Cornwall Council from Barnet Council, is currently on a salary of £171,700.
