    The striker had running battles with Ryan Shawcross and Bruno Martins Indi in Saturday's 2-1 defeat for the Potters.

    A man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a boy and the attempted murder of a girl , both aged one.

    Bidhya Sagar Das, 33, believed to be the children's father, had been wanted in connection with an incident at a flat in Finsbury Park, north London.

    The children, thought to be twins, were found at the flat with critical injuries on Saturday night.

    The boy died in the early hours of Sunday and the girl remains in a critical condition in hospital.

    A teenager has died after being shot in the head in east London.

    Police had been called to reports of a shooting in St Ann's, Barking, on Sunday evening and found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.

    The victim, thought to be 18, later died in hospital. The man's next-of-kin have been informed but formal identification is yet to take place.

    A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. A post-mortem examination will take place later.

    Engineering works between Waterloo and Richmond/Kew finished late this morning after an engineering train derailed yesterday. 

    All lines are now open but some South West Trains to and from Waterloo are still delayed.

    The DLR has minor delays between Bank and Lewisham afer someone was taken ill on a train.

    Some possible delays at Heathrow this morning because of strong winds. If you’re catching a flight to Italy check with your airline as Italian air traffic control are on strike so some flights may be cancelled.
