    A teenager from Lancashire was among the 22 people killed in last night's bomb blast at the Manchester Arena.

    Georgina Callander, 18, was a student at Runshaw College in Leyland and also worked in a Booths supermarket in Hesketh Bank.

    The Arndale Centre in Manchester has reopened after armed police told shoppers to leave the area.

    The evacuation led to scenes of panic with people running out of the shopping centre.

    People are now returning to shops and police have lifted an extended cordon in the area.

    An ambulance was seen leaving from inside but it is not known why it was attending.

    A man has been arrested there but it is not thought to be in connection with last night's attack.

    It happened as police widened the cordon around Manchester Arena, the scene of last night's bomb attack which killed 22 people.

    A Lancashire college has confirmed that one of its students died in yesterday's suicide attack.

    A spokesperson from Runshaw College in Leyland, Lancashire named her as Georgina Callander, who was in her second year of study.
