It will be a very cold night, with light winds and prolonged clear periods.
Frost will form over much of Merseyside, with coldest temperatures around St Helens and inland.
The mother of a member of the band Viola Beach has said the group - who died in a car crash in Sweden - were "living the dream".
Ruth Lowe said her son Tomas was "a happy person" who was "always smiling".
He died on Saturday along with band-mates Kris Leonard, River Reeves and Jack Dakin, and manager Craig Tarry in a crash in Sweden.

Diane Tarry, the mother of Viola Beach's manager Craig Tarry, has said she was extremely proud of her son, because he wanted to make the band successful and "loved the buzz".
"He was determined to get them to the top," she added.
Ben Dunne, father of Viola Beach guitarist River Reeves, has said music was important to his son and he was "just focused on making music".
River died with his bandmates and manager in a crash in Sweden on Saturday.

Joanne Dakin, mother of 19-year old Viola Beach drummer Jack Dakin, has paid tribute to her son, saying he was "full of life".
She said Jack, who died with his bandmates and manager in a crash in Sweden, was "a gentle giant" who was "exuberant with life".

Viola Beach bass player Tomas Lowe's mother, Ruth Lowe, said she was very proud of the band and their manager, whose lives had "just been getting good for them".
She said they had "a great relationship" with manager Craig Tarry, who died alongside them in a crash in Sweden, and were "just young lads living the dream".

The head of BBC Introducing, Jason Carter, has said Viola Beach's tracks and live performances will be played over the next few days and all 36 of the service's local radio shows are to pay tribute to the band on Saturday.
The band and their manager died in a crash in Sweden on Saturday.
Detectives say they are hunting Dominic McInally from Formby, external, who is suspected of being at the very top of a Merseyside drug gang.

A spokesman for BBC Introducing said the band had an "urgent, energetic and invigorating sound" and had been "ones to watch".
"As a group of bright, exciting and hard working musicians, the band were embarking on a very promising year - the thoughts of the whole BBC Introducing family are with the families of the band: Kris, Jack, River, Tom and their manager Craig."
Police in Sweden are investigating what caused the crash that killed British indie band Viola Beach and their manager.

Merseyside Police is appealing for information to find three Wirral men as part of continuing investigations.
Jack Hutchinson, 18, from Birkenhead is wanted in connection with a burglary offence. Matthew Fenlon, 44, from Prenton, and 19-year-old Dale Searson, from Birkenhead, are both wanted on recall to prison for breach of licence conditions.
The head of BBC Introducing has announced that all 36 local Introducing shows will pay tribute to Viola Beach and their manager on Saturday by playing tracks by the band.

In a blog, Jason Carter said tributes would begin on Huw Stephens' Radio 1 show at 22:00, when the Introducing DJ would broadcast the band's BBC Maida Vale live session, and continue across the next few days.
