Time to have a look at some of our local newspapers, and we're starting with the Norwich Evening News, external:
A woman who lives near to the scene of a controlled explosion of a hand grenade says it was a "frightening" experience.
The grenade was found in Hellesdon, near Norwich, and detonated last night.
Donna Pearce said: "Just before eight, this massive explosion just shook [the area], it was amazing.
"With everything that's going on, you do worry don't you - but rationally I thought no, it's not happening [a terrorist incident] in Norwich.
"But it frightened us, it really frightened us."
Work begins today to improve the junction at the Fuller's Hill roundabout in Great Yarmouth and drivers are being warned to expect delays over the next three months.
Martin Wilby, from Norfolk County Council, said: "There's bound to be some disruption there, but we're doing this at the time of year when it will be the minimal disruption to anybody, to all users.
"This is the best time to do the job. We've got 14 weeks, which is not too long really."

Norwich City head coach Daniel Farke says the Canaries are the "team of the moment" in the Championship.
City beat Sheffield United 1-0 in a close match at Bramall lane on Saturday, making it their third clean sheet in a row. That means it's now seven points out of a possible nine for Farke's team.
"Three games, three clean sheets, seven points. I think we're probably the team of the moment now in the league. Seven days ago it was a completely different situation," he said.
"When you stand together... you can reach whatever you want. I'm sure there will be some set backs in the future... but right now we enjoy the moment and we're really happy for this week."
Norwich travel to Brentford on Tuesday for their next game in the League Cup.

I'm at the Liberal Democrat conference in Bournemouth where one of the main talking points has been the news that north Norfolk MP Norman Lamb is to stand down as the party's health spokesman.
Mr Lamb, a former health minister, now wants to concentrate on his new job chairing the influential parliamentary science committee.
But Mr Lamb has insisted that he will still champion the health causes close to his heart. "I will never depart from my total passion about fighting for justice for people with mental ill health, with learning disability [and)] with autism," he told Sunday Politics East.
In Bournemouth none of his friends are surprised at the news.
Many have told me that Mr Lamb has felt on the margins of his party, uncomfortable with its policy on Brexit and has been looking for a new challenge after failing to win the party leadership last time around.
"There are so many issues around the health agenda which would never have seen the light of day if it hadn't been for his passion and commitment," Norwich City councillor James Walsh said.
He added: "Norfolk has huge opportunities in science and technology and to have someone who can be a champion for that at the heart of parliament will be a real asset for Norfolk."
Steffan Aquarone , the deputy leader of the Lib Dems on Norfolk County Council said: "He was the most important voice that our party had in health and I think he'll add a huge amount of value to the science and technology committee."
Mr Lamb will adddress the party conference tomorrow.

The writer of a play about East Anglia's Queen of the Iceni, Boudicca, who torched Colchester, then the Roman capital of England in her revolt, hopes the production could be put on in Norfolk.
The new play at the Globe, external theatre in London, which has won critical praise, external, stars Our Friends in the North television star Gina McKee (pictured top) as the queen who ruled over the Norfolk based tribe and led a revolt against Rome in about 60AD.
The play's author Tristan Bernays told the BBC said he decided to write the play after actress friends told him there weren't enough "action roles" for women in the theatre.
"She said girls don't get to do fun things like fight with swords, so I thought I would give them an action part - running around the stage with swords," he said.
He said he would welcome a production in Norfolk of the play.
"It would be great to see the queen coming back to her kingdom triumphant after a long, long absence," he said.
Tristan said he wrote the play before Brexit but it was "always a play about national identity".
Boudicca's revolt was eventually brutally put down by Rome.
The production, directed by Eleanor Rhode, also features Joan Iyiola (pictured below), Natalie Simspon, Forbes Masson, Anna-Maria Nabirye, Samuel Collings and Clifford Samuel.
The play continues at The Globe until October.
